Besides, the hand sanitizer belongs to OTC which is under FDA supervision in the United States. However, those two hand sanitizer formulations can be sold freely in both Europe and the United States without strings.
Furthermore, you could use hand sanitizer gel if
- there is no soap & water available
- your hands aren’t visibly dirty
- first thing first, apply sanitizer,
- palm to palm
- front to back interlocking
- palm to palm interlocking,
- clasp and rub on both sides,
- clean thumbs
- palm circles,
- clean wrists
- finally, continue until dry.
