Ingredients
After transporting the ingredients to the factory, the ingredients are weighed manually and mechanically, this ensures the accuracy of the ingredient proportions.
Water Treatment
Process water can go through a series of treatments to meet production requirements: raw water treatment, softening, decontamination, purification, microbial control, etc.
Emulsification
There are hydrophilic, such as water and alcohol, as well as lipophilic, such as oils and fats, fragrances, and powder, such as TiO2 and talcum. To make them mixed into one, good emulsification technology is needed.
Semi-finished Product Inspection
Each batch of ingredients is tested for quality as it is brought into the factory. The testing lab also checks samples of the semi-finished and final product.
Filling
Before bottles are filled, they are sanitized. Dust and dirt are removed from the empty bottles by passing them under a blower and a vacuum mechanism.
Assembly Line Work
Professional Manufacturer Workers are screwing the lid onto each bottle filled with cosmetics in a dust-free workshop.
Labeling
When the bottles are filled with cosmetics, the machine will automatically apply the label to each bottle.
Storage & Handling
Store below 30ºC (86ºF), and hand with care. Keep the warehouse properly ventilated and reduce the build-up of heat and humidity.
Loading & Shipping
Cleaning products are piled on the pallets, and then the pallets are sent one by one to a 40ft shipping container with a forklift.
